What this site is
Isekai Waifu Almanac launched in September 2026 as a fan reference for a single game, publishing in English and German. Rather than cover many titles thinly, it covers one game in enough detail to be checkable: a dated release-date history, a platform-by-platform download guide, and a plain, source-linked description of gameplay systems.
Every page carries its own "updated" date, and that date only moves when the page's content changes.
Not official, not affiliated
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Passion Panda, GreenT, Passion Panda Publishing, Nutaku, MobiGames, IT Delaza EOOD (the company named as operator in the footer of the browser site isekaiwaifuoverlord.com) or Valve. Isekai: Waifu Overlord, its character names and its artwork belong to their respective owners; artwork shown here is the game's own Steam store artwork, used to identify the game, not original art of ours.
One detail we flag rather than resolve: Steam credits Passion Panda and GreenT as developers and Passion Panda Publishing as publisher, while Nutaku's listing for the same game credits "MobiGames" as developer and publisher. No source we checked explains the relationship between those two credits, so we state both and leave it there instead of guessing.
How we check facts
Facts here come from three kinds of sources: the Steam store API and Steam's announcements feed for App 3850550, Nutaku's game listing and its news posts, and the publisher's own public posts. To these we add our own dated checks: the Steam store page, searches of Google Play and Apple's App Store, and the footer of the browser site at isekaiwaifuoverlord.com. We do not use fan wikis, mod sites or aggregator pages as sources.
The requirement tables and most rows of the Key Facts table are regenerated directly from Steam's data, not typed by hand. Two Key Facts rows are kept by hand from the posts they cite: the wishlist figure and the Nutaku launch date. We also keep dated logs of our own checks of the Steam store listing, which matter when a detail moves — the listed release date has shifted twice since late August 2026.
What we have not done: we have not tested the login-gated Nutaku version, we have not downloaded its Android or iOS files, the Steam version is not out yet, and we have not opened any build from a German connection. We say so wherever it is relevant, including on the download guide.
How this site makes money
"Play" buttons on this site are affiliate tracking links. If a reader clicks one and later registers or buys something in the game, we may earn a commission from the game's partner programme, at no extra cost to the reader. See our privacy page for exactly what that tracking link records.
Links to sources — the Steam store page, Nutaku's listing, Steam announcements, publisher posts — are plain links. They earn us nothing.
Commissions never change what we publish. We add no star ratings, we do not invent codes to look current (see the honest promo-code status), and where a claim is unconfirmed we mark it unknown instead of filling the gap.
Who runs this site
This site is run independently by its owner, not by Passion Panda, GreenT or Nutaku. The same owner also runs AfterDark Plays, a catalog of free-to-play adult games. It also runs fan guide sites for other games, including Passion Industry, which covers a game from the same Steam publisher as Isekai: Waifu Overlord, and Horny Villa, which covers a game where GreenT is also credited as a Steam developer.
Corrections
If you find an error, or a fact here has gone stale, email [email protected]. When we fix a sourced error, we note the change by updating that page's "updated" date rather than editing it silently.
Questions and answers
Is this the official Isekai: Waifu Overlord website?
No. Isekai Waifu Almanac is an independent fan reference. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Passion Panda, GreenT, Passion Panda Publishing, Nutaku, MobiGames, IT Delaza EOOD or Valve.
How do you make money?
Through affiliate tracking links on our "Play" buttons. If a reader registers or buys in the game after clicking, we may earn a commission from the game's partner programme, at no cost to the reader. Plain source links to Steam, Nutaku and publisher posts earn us nothing.
How often is this updated?
Each page shows its own "updated" date, changed only when that page's content changes. The requirement tables and most Key Facts rows are regenerated from Steam's data rather than typed by hand (the wishlist figure and the Nutaku launch date are kept by hand from their posts), and we keep dated logs of our own checks of the Steam listing.
Why do some answers say "not confirmed"?
Because we only state what a primary source — Steam, Nutaku or the publisher — actually publishes. Several specific claims circulating about this game, such as building or character counts, do not trace back to any of those sources, so we mark them unknown rather than repeat an unverified figure.
